Orissa relief... what was APs role?

Hello List, I have a neighbour who had just returned from the Cyclone devastated Orissa. When we told her that the Tamil Nadu government's actions must have been well received by Orissa, she replied that the only real help came from only one person and that was Chandrababu Naidu. She says that Mr. Naidu had despatched scores of professionals and officers and given upto 13 crores in money to Oissa and is being revered like a god out there. I have no other source of similar information. Would anybody have anything to add? Regards Sharath
