International money order

Did any body in the list had experience of encashing International money order? My friend from Germany wants to send international money order to me. What is this IMO? How and where to recieve the money ? Any info will be highly appreciated. Sanjay New Delhi

Mr. Ray, You can deposit International Money Order (IMO) to the bank in you r account just like any normal cheque and it will be cashed. Timing depends upon the banks.
