Hi,
Can any one help me ?
I want help Regarding mass emailing subject
I want to submit emails to various parties.
I want to supress recepients address [ to avoid big list of receipeints]

I have seen mass mailing letters in which recepient address is supressed

Please help who knows this. send direct mail to me [email protected]

Put the email addresses in the BCC field.

If you are sending mails regularly to a large group of people then you 
will really benefit by running it as a mailing list on a list hosting 
service.

Pegasus Mail is an email client which has Mail Merge facilities. 
Pegasus Mail is totally freeware - just search for Pegasus Mail on any 
search engine, you'll find its home page with links to various servers 
from where you can download the latest version for your platform.

Another feature of Pegasus Mail that I find extremely useful is 
'Selective Mail Download'
