One of my friends is wanting to do a multimedia course in Calcutta.
Can any one of you suggest a good institute? I told her about Arena &
Pentasoft. What do you all suggest.....

Hi., In Bangalore Arena seems to be the best. I have heard from quite a few people who have passed out from there. should be the same there. I am not aware of Pentasoft . If ur friend wants them to provide a placement it may need a better verification. I am afraid I cant help u there. Regds Raghu

Hello Nilanjana, Though I dont have information on the qualitiy of courses conducted by varois org in the fd of multimedia, I have always been intrigued by the jobs that people expect after passing these courses. What I basically want to know is that what are the primary course contents of these courses and after learning that what and where migh you get a job. What will be the job profile like. The dilemma is bec I fail to understand what are the openings for a person with skills like computer art, animation, sound etc. Any thoughts ? Aseem. Hello Nilanjana, I can tell you that a fairly new multimedia training centre is already here in Calcutta called STAR Computers (near Rashbehari metro crossings)which is imparting mutimedia trainings with very good course module and job placements.the faculties are also with very good background.
