I have seen a cyber cafe in south ex-1 near bengali sweets and it is called 
as THE END. This place is really good and they are connected to the net 
through an ISDN line with an access speed of 128 Kbps.

The ambience is also cool and one really feels that its more like a pub or a 
disc.

I would suggest you to check it out once. They also give memberships at 
value for money prices and their charges are something like Rs 100.00 per 
hour.

Just check it out and have a never before experience.
