Greetings. With new Telecom rates, has anybody got a calculation as to what is the breakeven for ISDN connection? I mean what is the minimum Internet Hours usage per month to justify separate ISDN connection.

I am using an ISDN connection for my office. Though it was told that, the connection will take 2 weeks time, 1. It has taken 4 months for me to get the hardware installed (NT and wiring) that too after n number of trips to the exhange 2. It took 2 months for me to get the connection (after bribing 3 persons) 3. For the past 1 month, the phone went out of order for 4 times and it automatically got resumed (!??) after 2 or 3 days. With this kind of instability, its difficult to manage the show. In fact i had dropped the idea of opening an internet center as i cannot offer browsing with this facility. I am operating from Chennai and I do not know, how it is functioning in other cities. Apart from this I am really worried about the bills which is expected this month. INNMates - please clarify whether this is happening to me alone or it is common. Is there any forum where this issue can be raised.
