Intl Credit cards

Hi guys,
i have an intl CC from amex . Can I use it on the Internet
I have heard that we have to get our passport endorsed everytime we use
the card for purchasing something in USD. And we have a limit of 3000 USD
only to spend every year.
Can anybody please let me know what is the real thing and if somebody is
using the card on the net without any probs.
Ofcourse its risky but still....

I don't know about the particular card you hold - but I have used the
Standard Chartered Global CC on the net without any problems.

Yes You can use it on the internet. However I wouldnt try it in India since
I am not quite sure how secure the system is.
