Suggestions Anyone?

Hi all! Can anyone on this list suggest a place a married couple can spend a day (i.e. leave in the morning and return by nightfall) around Bangalore (except Nandi Hills and Banyan Tree)? btw the 2 are my coz & her so. tia

Hi Dr.B, Check out the resorts ... When my husband & I came to B'lore , we stayed at Emerald Isle , its about 30 k.m from bangalore. It was a nice place . There are other such resorts. Regards Liz

Hello, In a day you could visit "Shivanasamudram falls" (off Bangalore Mysore Road, deviation starts at Maddur), Somnathpur on the eastern side of the falls and perhaps Talakadu as well. Have a nice trip. Soundar
