how can i publish my database on the net on my free site.can i email to
many persons at a single point of time.if yes how that can be done.

Depends on whether your hosting service offers database support. If you
tell on which service your site is hosted, one could assess - or best, ask
your hosting service whether they support databases. Also depends on, of
what kind your database is, i.e. Access, MySQL, Foxpro, Oracle what.

Yes, if you need to do this regularly to a similar set of email
addressess, you can use a "list server". For example, this forum uses the
same technology to distribute mails sent by posting members to all other
members. The list server software used is Lyris. Newsletters on the
internet run using the same technology. An appropriate solution is
dependent on an approximate idea of how many email addresses one needs to
post to and at what frequency (for eg. daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
