DOT the ISP

Friends, I would share another experience of our ISP - the DOT. About 15 days ago, My TCP/IP connection was terminated and I was not informed by them the reason. I wrote a complaint to the administrator at DOT-VAS which was strangle denied and they bluntly said that we don't accept any complaints from users. There is no help desk here. If exists, they never reply. I wrote several letters in connection with the Internet Service to various authorities of the department but none is replied. Even when I went personally, they speak in a very bad manners and say that if you I also wrote some mails to the local Daily "Deccan Chronicle" but strangly they are also not bothered in this matter. The other users also are mum on this subject! Now would any body can guide what to do with this behavior of the ISP. They also don't give information of completion of my Hours in writing. I am really fade-up of this lousy department but have no alternate so far. Any concerned Official, Minister, will you please look in to the matter and find what's going on? I feel now little relief after shareing above with you and regret if some body is heart of this. -HAresh
