Info on wireless sets

Hi Can anyone please give me the address of any BPL office in Bangalore where I can make enquiry about wireless phones. Moreover, does anyone have any info. on other vendors of wireless sets ? I need a wireless set that can cover a radius of around 25 Kms (two static phones at two places separated by a distance of 25 Kms. plus a mobile one which can talk to either of these). We need this for our factories in a remote rural area where, unfortunately, cellphones have yet to make their way. Has anyone got any first hand experience of using them.
