Before submitting poems, please note :-

1. The sole purpose of Kaavyaalaya is to share the pleasure of poetry in Hindi with others. You are welcome to contribute your own poem or a poem written by some one else with due credits, published or unpublished. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no copyright or authorship violations. If the poem is already published, please provide the appropriate publication details if available.

2. Accepted format: poems should preferably be Hindi (Devnagari) script in Unicode format or in Shusha font. The files may be MS Word files, or plain text files. In the case of MS Word files, please ensure that it contains no macros. In exceptional cases, we may accept poems in image format. We will not be able to respond to any submissions that are not in any one of these appropriate formats.

3. Please provide your full postal address (not post box address) and phone number. We need this information only for our records and will not share it with anyone outside Kaavyaalaya. Please also provide your e-mail address which we normally publish with the poem. Please indicate on the form if you do not want your e-mail address to be published.

4. Kaavyaalaya does not take copyright of any poem. The copyright is retained by the original copyright holder.
