Citibank's New International Silver Card

Hi, Is there anyone who has CitiBank's New INTERNATIONAL SILVER CARD? Is there any transaction fee for the credits we make other than for ATM? How can i convert American Dollars into Indian Rupees using this Credit Card? Waiting your reply With Regards Nito Jose [email protected]

I have a Cit Bank Gold card. You cannot convert Dollars into Rupees . You can withdraw money from an ATM machine in the local currency but there are charges for this. They do not charge for credits but you get #$2311 on the currency exchange and quite badly I might add. Kumar Nair
