This Yatra is held every year around 22nd May and they charge around Rs. 40,000 or above for a 21 day trip to Mansarovar lake. Medical Fitness is main required criterion and minors are not allowed on this trip. They take you to Nepal - from Katmandu, they start the trek. They have their base camp in Katmandu.
