Mastering vedic math

Hi all,

Any one had any luck with vedic math? Got any tips / tricks to learn it
the right way round?

You could contact the publishers Motilal Banarsidas - they should have
some good books on Vedic Maths. Remember getting hold of one years back -
it was very interesting - and as far as I remember it was published by
Motilal Banarsidas.

I presume that you do not want to buy the book; just how to understand it.
Some portions of it are pretty straight forward, others more complicated.
I do not think one can use it in it's entirety today. Rather it should be
construed as a great thesis by a great sage and scholar, Shri
Sankaracharya. Unless you use the system regularly, it would not become
naturalt to you. Seems some pieces out of it were copied by some one in
Germany and they called it the TRACHTENBERG SYSTEM. //R.C. Sharma

There is one good book on 'Vedic Mathematics' by    Jagadguru Swami Sri
Bharati Krsna Tirthaji Maharaja.

    It is published  by Motilal Banarsidass. You will find lots of
    tips and tricks.

He had presented a paper in a seminar on Vedic Sciences.
